Hey World, it has been a while since I last posted. Since then I have moved and lost my job. Haha. Oh well it is ok. The Lord has been good to me. My husband and I live in a bigger place and it is bright and cheery.

Well we had what one would call a snowstorm yesterday. Normally I have seen an inch or 2 but this time it snowed all day and into this am. Now the sun is out and it is beautiful. We had the temps in the 20's and by Sunday it will be 61. WOO HOO!

We recently purchased the movie Fireproof. If anyone does not know what that is about it is a Christian based movie about a couple thinking of divorce and what God can do with them. Good movie even for couples with a good marriage.

God is so good to us. He is amazing and the only reason we should ever use the word AWESOME. I am still unemployed but I know sometime soon the Lord will show me where He wants me to be work wise.

Ok I have gotten past the dreaded heel and am so glad this pattern is easy. It comes from Lisa Knits and the number is SK-013 for the flyer it is printed on. Once this is done I will have to start the 2nd one as soon as I can or I won't do it.

Very cold temperatures lately and I know my family and friends would agree. Only instead of snow we have a beautiful sunny day.

I have a new dvd that I tried out today of Leslie Sansone power walking for 3 miles. My goodness it gives you more of a workout than just outdoor walking. I was feeling it in places I have not felt in a while. :) I think I will have to incorporate this into my weekly routine at least 2 times a week.

Hi there

With all the things that go in my live I guess I had to slow down and focus on God. I have now been out of work for over 2 months and really want to work. I have had so much time to think about the Lord and how good He is to me. I have a new church family that has adopted me so to speak. I just finished helping one of the ladies clean the church today and right after that I went to the park nearby to walk. I managed to squeeze out 2 miles.

That was another thing. Starting Jan 8th I decided the weight had to come off. I am trying to get to the park to walk and watch what I eat too. I need to pray more and read my Bible more too. There are a lot of things that need to be addressed and prayer and time spent with the Lord is the best way to address them. Today I got a phone call for a job interview at one of the hospitals here in South Jersey. It would be a per diam type job and the hours could be anything. Kinda like substitute teaching. I have to meet with this woman Tuesday at noon. If this is where God wants me then I will be alright with whatever hours they give me.

The Father and Creator is in control. I am so blessed and glad to be saved!

Christmas Morning

Hi Everyone,

This morning is the 1st Christmas I spent with my new husband. He went and picked up his kids this morning and they opened their presents from us here at our place. Then we opened up our own. My husband bought me a food processor. I really wanted one and there it was! I also got two pair of earrings and a bracelet that has different beads and a cross, dove, star to tell the Christmas story of Christ coming to earth and dying on the cross for us. He is the reason for Christmas. I pray everyone has a blessed Christmas with friends and family. My family is up in New York and this will be the first Christmas I cannot spend with them. Merry Christmas family and friends.

job interview

Hi Everyone,

Today I had a job interview. I hope to hear soon about this job. It is for a receptionist at a warehouse. I was nervous a little but the interviewers (There were two) made me feel comfortable. Lets just see what happens!
